Sagawa Park

What we know 0 of 3

Nobody has walked Sagawa Park and written it up, and there is no list of what is there. What this page can tell you honestly is where it is and who looks after it. The rest is waiting on a visit.

Sagawa Park sits at 96 Main Street in Brockport. It measures 73 feet by 100 feet, the smallest of the village’s parks. Patricia Sagawa gave the land to the village in memory of her husband, Dr. Hidetaka Sagawa. He died in 1995 and had been president of the Lakeside Memorial Hospital medical staff and chief of surgery. The village uses the park for community events. Each year it hosts the lighting of the Christmas tree at the end of the Holiday Parade of Lights.
