Sherwood Fields Park covers 82 acres in East Penfield, between Harris Road and Salt Road. You get in through Penfield Fire Hall Station 3 off Route 441. The park has meadows, wooded wetlands, and shrub wetlands, with streams that support wildlife. A multi-use trail system loops through the park on primary and secondary paths. The primary trails are accessible, built from crushed stone and recycled road millings. The Don Cranston Bridge carries the trail across Commission Ditch.
