Buffalo Road Park
Nobody has walked Buffalo Road Park and written it up, and there is no list of what is there. What this page can tell you honestly is where it is and who looks after it. The rest is waiting on a visit.
This park is planned, not open. Buffalo Road Park is a future Town of Ogden park on 41.5 acres at 3975 Buffalo Road, in the southeast part of the town. The land is not developed yet and has wetlands on it. A study plan from summer 2023 shows pickleball courts, a 9-hole disc golf course, picnic areas, a mountain bike trail, and parking with vehicle access from Buffalo Road. The 2024 Parks Master Plan also asks the Town to think about trails through the wetlands. It gives 2025-2027 as the timeline to build the park. In fall 2025 the Town said it got the largest grant in its history to build the park, with work to start in 2026. The Town has not given an opening date.
