White Springs Farm

White Springs Farm is a 215-acre Town of Rush property at 6565 East River Road. It was once the BOCES 1 Rush Campus. The land went to the Town of Rush in 2010, and the Town Board accepted it for park and recreation use and other uses. There are marked trails for walkers and bridle trails for horses. The property also has many buildings and pastures. A trolley track from the New York Museum of Transportation runs through it. Weather permitting, the Town mows the trails about once a month from Memorial Day through September. The Rush Recreation Supervisor is the property coordinator, at 585-533-2340.
