The DeWitt Property is 56.4 acres of Town of Perinton open space off Turk Hill Road in the southeast part of Perinton. The town opened it for public use in 2017. It has meadows, forest and rolling valleys. The Crescent Trail runs through part of it, along with other hiking and biking trails. Trail sections that cross private land, where the town owns the development rights, connect it to Indian Hill and Thayer Hill.
