Rothfuss Park sits at 1648 Five Mile Line Road on land that was once farmland. The Rothfuss family gave the town this 70-acre parcel in 2005, and the park opened in 2007. You can play on four full-sized athletic fields or a turf field. Kids can climb at JACK’S Place, a dinosaur-themed playground, or use the inclusive playground, which has a rubber surface for wheelchairs. A fitness trail called the QR Fit Trail runs through the park, along with a perimeter trail, hiking trails, and public restrooms.
