Widener Park

What we know 0 of 3

Nobody has walked Widener Park and written it up, and there is no list of what is there. What this page can tell you honestly is where it is and who looks after it. The rest is waiting on a visit.

Widener Park is a 28-acre park with wooded trails. It is home to the Chili Disc Golf Course, an 18-hole course. In 1999, the course hosted the PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships. The park also has a butterfly garden and open green space. A picnic pavilion here holds up to 40 people and has electricity. The town does not allow alcohol in its parks. A Little Free Library, built by local Boy Scouts, is in the park.
