Milk House Park

What we know 0 of 3

Nobody has walked Milk House Park and written it up, and there is no list of what is there. What this page can tell you honestly is where it is and who looks after it. The rest is waiting on a visit.

This park is planned, not open. Milk House Park is the Town of Chili’s future park on the former Zuber Farms property at 177 Archer Road. The name comes from the original milk house on the farm. The Town preserved it and will rebuild it as a tribute to the Zuber family. The concept plan includes walking trails, playgrounds, nature play, community gardens, a skate park, a lodge, an amphitheater and a dog park. Residents gave input on the amenities and layout through a public survey. Phase 1 puts in a road, stormwater features and site grading; the Town expected it to be done in spring 2026. The Town has not given a date for the park to open. The park will connect to the Chili Community Center and to Memorial Park, which sit next to the site.
