This site is not the parks department. It cannot book anything. To rent a lodge or a shelter, go to Monroe County.

Boardwalk is not safe to walk on. On 6/24 I tripped over the raised boards that are used to repair the boardwalk. I went to emergency at 3:45 at unity hospital. Had x-rays of shoulder and knee. Had to see an orthopedic specialist, had MRI. Have a fracture on my left shoulder. This injury did not have to happen. This is the result of Monroe County Parks not maintaining their board walk properly.
Please repair the board walk the correct way by replacing the boards, not putting another board over them. I have pictures to share if needed.
